i got a set for 17x7 rims and im looking to put 235 series tire on them but just wanna make sure if it fit 1st b4 i buy the tires..theres 215/45/17 tires on the rims now...and i seen 225/45/17 tires on my wheels but im not sure with 235/45/17...lmk if i can put these 235 series tires on my 17x7 rims

 

Go look at the tire manufacturers website and find the specs. Quit being lazy and find the info, this question has been asked about 498,732 times.

What kind of car is this on (model, year, version)? If the tire size is too big for the car, you may run into a lot of problems - rubbing in the wheel wells, inaccurate speedometer/odometer, slower acceleration, etc.
