Don't use stock struts. They'll blow quickly, and you'll bounce. Lol.
It depends on what your going for. If you want to got 1"-1.5" drop, just get springs and upgraded shocks/struts.
If you want 2" and lower, get a coilover & strut combo. Koni + Ground Control is one of the most widely used suspension setups. Especially for daily drivers. And you pick you spring rates n such. Progress CS2 is a good coilover setup for the money.

The springs used on most of the Skunk2 sleeves are very stiff. If that is what you want, ride quality wise, then go for it. If you want comfort, I'd stay away without first getting the exact rates they use to make a final determination.

Since you just want it lower, I think lowering springs would be much better than any performance or "slammed / dumped" oriented sleeve kits.

I have skunk2 and tokico setup. I don't really like it. It's pretty stiff and semi bouncy. But it works for now.

Also. If the 03 civic si and the ex suspension is compatible. Visit raceland.com they have dumb cheap coilovers for the ep3 which are same years as your ex. Plus i heard racelands are great esp for the money. Just a thought bro. Goodluck

^He'll have to drill something out. It's only direct bolt on for the 04-05 Civic's. There's a 16mm bolt instead of a 14mm bolt on the 01-03's. Just an fyi.
