94 ls teg with gsr tranny
new clutch kit, flywheel and all the bearings, new master and clutch slave, freshly bled.

Car will be in gear clutch pedal half way pushed in car idles fine. If i push the pedal farther in the car will start rolling forward. Shifts hard when pushed all the way in also grinds. shifts fine when its halfway pushed in.

I just adjusted the pedal. tried it all the way tight and all the way loose.

 

Threads about to get locked, check ur master cyl.

 

yeah you could be over extending the pressure plate, adjusting your master cylinder could help solve the problem.

 

sounds like the pressure plate is touching the disk. when you adjust the pedal dont put it all they way tight or all the way loose
