96 ek sedan with z6 - 4K idle speed
bought an ek sedan with a z6 black smokes and loads up like crazy map sensor and iat sensor were unplugged but when i plugged them in it free revved to the moon so i changed the map sensor with a new one and it still revved to 4k and stood what could it be

Any CEL codes? Is the throttle cable adjusted too tightly? Is the throttle body dirty, causing the plate to stick open?
