Default JDM 16's w/ 205-50-16

What drawbacks with this wrong size combo because OEM RE010 were 215-45-16 on the Rs?

The overall diameter is too large, so they will give you taller overall gearing. I ran P Zeros in this size and really liked them, though. Now I have 205/45 16

Side wall is a bit too tall... your speedo will read lower than actual MPH. Also, your steering response will be a bit numb-er than the right size combo. And, if you ever plan on dropping your car, the taller tires will more than likely rub under hard turn and/or on good size bumps.

205/45/16 is definitely crisper...

Well, I suppose you can buy the set and try to sell the tires... but, I don't even know which sporty car uses 205/50/16's... wait, I think G5 Prelude uses 205/50/16's. But, it could be a slow sale and you'll have to pay premium ($250-$400) for a set of "right" sized tires.

Its not his Migs, the car belongs to "Advancexgsr" and those are his rims. His buddy is selling them.
