Is the transmission ground wire connected? Are both starter wires connected?

tryed a jumper from battery touch starter signal connecter i just clicks. touch it to the nut under rubber it spins but dosent engage. i might need a new starter but its still works so ive been trying every other thing it turned motor over the first tiime i turned key but the fuel pump wasnt priming and main relay was buzzing well i think it was main relay cause dash was on at time so i had some extra fuel pumps so i switch it out then starter didnt turn??? if the starter cut relay goes out will it buzz

This doesn't help you.

Check whether the rubber stopper on the clutch pedal is broken or missing.
