Default b16 runs! a few questions...

my car is a 90 civic si w/ a b16a1...

i had a problem with the ignition cutting out at 3200 rpms.. as i said here.. https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=279666

but i tried my d16 ecu and it works fine... ill have to call hmo.com tommorrow to order the new b16 ecu... i need my car soon to come back to college,

will it cause any damage to run the d16 ecu till my new one gets here?
