Looking Forward to buy Coilovers.. F&F Type ONE or BC N+
Hi.. Been here for long.. but this is my first post..
Im looking forward to get coilovers for my EM1,
The budget is around $700..
I've read good things about the F&F Type ONE but my only concern is that you can't adjust damper..
Thats the positive thing i like about the BuddyClub N+ for almost the same price you can adjust damper on them.. But only concern I've read they are a lit stiff and hard..
This is my daily driven car, Im my goal is to have a better suspension and better corner and handling. The car is turbo right know so Im working now on suspension and brakes..
Don't have autocross on mind but some day I will give it a try when I feel like the car can handle the pressure..
Thanks for your response.

Owned both and sold the BC N+ as soon as I could and threw away the blown F&F. Replaced them with Koni/GC for about that price. Now I have AMR's but those costed me a pretty penny.
Thanks.. For the replies..
Today I went for a ride on my friends EG and his setup is Bilstein/GC's.. And so far I loved the ride comfort, is a bit stiff but nothing you could not get use to it..
I was talking with him about suspension and he really convince me about the pros you have when choosing GC's, difference shock options to go with it.. And choosing different spring rates..
And for the purpose that i want it its ok..
So far is winning Koni Yellow/GC's

I personally love my BC N+ I have them on the pre-settings that are in the instructions and they are perfect for DD in my integra. I haven't played w/ the dampning yet but haven't found the need to.
There was a sponsor on here that was selling them for 644 shipped. I couldn't pass that up and plus I get to at least experience a different type of suspension.
I think the only way you can determine which ones you want is to be able to ride in peoples cars and get a feel for it.
Everyone says Koni and GC so you deff can't go wrong there. But I do really enjoy my BC's. Roads aren't bad here and the spots that are I can bare w/ it, it's a bumpy ride but still not jaring (spell check?)

The good thing wich i like about the BC's is, they are really affordable comparing with Koni/GC's.. I have a friend that has a Integra with BC's N+, but he is 2 hours away from home.. Im gonna try to convince him to reach a midle point so I can feel how is car ride..
Do BC's have any warranty ?
I already check and if I buy bilstein local, I get Lifetime Warranty if they get blown by any chance..

I have the FF Type 1s, I like them a lot. You cant go wrong for the money spent. I have heard BC N+ is a great coilover for the street/track. Ive heard from numerous people that they are relatively soft and very nice on the lowest damper setting. I would def like to actually give those a try.

Ive had the BC N+'s on my DD and I never had a complaint. I plan to buy more. A few of my friends have owned them as well, no complaints or dislikes either.
My brother has the F&F type 1's, and theyre stiff for a daily driver IMO.
I also have owned PIC Apex's (in your range) and they were stiff/bouncy as well.
Id go with the buddy clubs for sure.

Well I think I have my final decision, Im deciding between Koni/GC's & Buddy Club's N+..
The only negative I see about getting BC's is that is they get blown.. How do I replace or where I can get only 1 coilover not the all set..

Koni/GC = lifetime warranty I pretty much gave away the BC's after using them for a month.
I have FnF Type 2s and I absolutely love them, I'm sure the quality of the Type 1's aren't far off besides the lack of adjust ability and custom spring rates. As for the BC N+ I have had friends tell me they had nothing but problems, could have been a remote case.
i've had my BC for about a year w/ no problems and they've been through two snowy winters if that makes a difference to anyone.
As for warranty I'm not sure you could talk to which ever seller you would be getting them from.
