Icon2 1990 Accord Shut Down

Hello, all my 1990 accord lx 5 speed shuts off while im driving and im not sure what the problem is. I replace the TPS, distributor unit, replaced the plugs, replaced the battery and altinator checked for vacum leaks. The fuel pump is working because i can hear it priming when the car is turned to the on position. I also bored out both sides of the throttle body with a drimiled but was careful not to touch the butterfly or the ideal holes. Could anyone tell me what the proble could be please?

Ign switch, ICM, coil? Try the procedures in the link.

If you "wiggle" the key while running, what happens. Also when it shuts off what dash lights and such come on? And I'll assume there is no CEL light on or stored codes.

The ICM and coil are new and they are already installed in the distributor. I will test the ingnition switch by wiggling it while the car is running. The ignition switch is pretty worn because if over turn the switch it will get stuck and stater will still be engaged while the car is running causing the starter to grind against the flywheel while ingaging the clutch.
When the car shuts off the only lights that apper are the batter and oil lights. And both produce a dim flash. Im not sure what CEL lights are but i did a diognostic with a paper clip and engine check ligh did not flash it just stays on untel the paper clip is removed. im not sure if thats a code for 0 or 1.

that problem would most likely be your main relay under the dash. Its a box its a PITA to get to but thats generally the cause of the shutting off. You can check for cracks in the solder and repair as needed. or buy a new one.

Ok I found out why the car was shutting off on me. It is due to a lack of spark. I thought it was the cap and wires since the distibutor is new. But me an a mechanic did a test and the vehicle is not producing a spark so it was shutting down. Now its not starting at all. I even traded the new distributor for another new one and still the same results. I also got the mechanic to chech the fuel injection box, icm & cps with and ohm metter and all three where at the proper amount of ohms. I was told that it could be the ecu so i removed it from the passenger side floorboard so i can get it cheched out. (Poorman 212) I wiggled the key the the care did not shut off at all. (Shay91racer) what side under the dash is the main relay located the passenger or driver side?
