Default 00 civic 4dr lx - Is a D16Z6 worth swapping in?

I was just given a 00 civic 4dr lx. decided to keep it and give it a facelift. I have an earlier model civic with a SOHC vtec d16z6 engine in it. need some opinions on swapping the d16 into the 4dr. certainly going to be doing a mild turbo set up since it is going to be a daily driver. would it be worth it or should i look for a different block?

It's worth it with a turbo. You'll probably want to go obd1 for tuning and various sensor deletions vs obd2.

most definitely worth it with the turbo. just make sure you do at least something to the internals so you dont have to worry about something going awry and messing up your DD.
