help on half done h22 ek swap
well the motor is in there..(sorta)...im having trouble with the rear tranny bracket lining up with the rear mount on the cross member...at first i bolted this mount up first and put the bolt thru and everything..i was like hum this is cool..then when i started to raise the motor to line up the 2 side mounts the intake manifold would hit the firewall, brake lines etc.. before the other mounts would line up...damn im stuck...so then i just lined up the left side and right side mounts...they line up fine and are all bolted up, its a place racing kit...now the freaking rear mount is like 2 inches off and wont line up..what the hell??? the bracket looks like it might be the wrong one..the part where the bolt goes thru is like 2 inches to high and a inch away(distance)..im gonna try and loosen everything and fiddle with it tonight...does anyone know if the rear mounts are different between the lude models..s, si , vtec etc?? also do i need to take or move anything off the firewall?? its not hitting the fuel filter..but it did hit the bracket for the clutch line..im taking it off....well any tips at all would be great guys....my wiring is pretty much done...i did the injector resistor pack and all...i just need to rewire my dist..im using a 96 ex harness and a p13 dist..any help , tips, links etc would rock..i want this done sometime this weekend..cant wait wo hoo...its a 94 jdm h22 with clutch masters 8lb flywheel, dual friction clutch, r*sr header, skunk 2 cam gears, cai and a catback to get started...later

looks good bro !
I see you mounted your prelude shifter from the bottom.
I mounted mine from the top, seems to have more play there with the cables.

Does this mean it might be better to mount it from the bottom?
yes it would be alot better to get the box that mounts them under the car...makes the install alot easier.....ask shawn(jdmdxturd) about it.....it was alot of fun working on that swap....lol....
