Power Steering Pressure Pump on a 96 Accord
Can anybody give me a hint/clue on how to replace the power steering pressure hose on a 96 accord? I've bled the system and removed most of the bolts (that one with the rubber was a pain in the rear to remove). I've followed the line all the way back to the steering rack, but I can barely see it from underneath and I can't get to it from the top (I can barely touch it, but my hand has to be at a very weird and uncomfortable angle). Is there a trick to getting this unscrewed so I can put the new one in?
Any advice or pointing me to the right area or a DIY page would be awesome. Thanks in advance.

Are you replacing the power steering rack or pump? I would just unbolt the two bolts that is bolted to the pump instead of unhooking the line at the rack N pinion.
I have never remove the line nut at the rack on a 4 cyl. I did before with a V6 5th Gen Accord though.

Thanks for replying, nus_dogg. I'm actually replacing the power steering pressure hose. The hose is leaking power steering fluid when I turn the wheel. I'm having problems getting to where the hose is connected to the rack and was wondering if there is a trick to removing it. Any ideas? Was it hard getting to the line nut on the V6 5th Gen Accord?
Once you have the car jacked up, use a flare nut wrench (aka line wrench) on it. IIRC, you would use a 14mm flare nut wrench. It is accessible from the bottom of the car. Just make sure you have a large drain pan underneath, as some fluid will come out.
Also, I would unplug the connector to the power steering pressure switch and then remove the pressure switch after the pressure hose is out of the car.
