I just replaced the fuel pump on my 91 si hatch. The car has been parked for a year and so,after dropping the motor in and trying to turn it on the fuel pump was stuck so I replaced it with a used one just to get it running but the problem know is that the gas isn't reaching the engine, I can hear the pump turn on, the car has gas what could be wrong
