nasty ac evaporator pictures....did EF has cabin filters?
I took out my AC evaporator and it was NASTY!
220K... but I've only driven it 5k over the past 10years... lol
I just tossed the Evaporator core & kept the "box".
Now i'm wondering how to go about replacing my blower filter or cabin filter if it has one.
Did EF come with a blower filter or cabin filter? if so can the part# be purchased at autozone/napa ect or only at honda?

.... at least the outlet side of the evaporator was pretty clean.... lol

99% sure that there is NO cabin filter for EF, as I get tiny leaves blown at me half the time after parking under a tree. Stupid intake grate sucks.
I've removed several evaporators and they all look like that; OK maybe not as bad as yours, but they look pretty similar. When reinstalling, I just clean out all the junk inside and outside of the styrofoam insulation and hit the evaporator with Febreeze.
There is no cabin filter, I don't think Honda used those for several years after.
