Default Need help with Integra wiring.

Im having a problem with my integra. When i have the key in the off or acc position with the lights on the tail lights and corner lights work fine. When the car is in the on postion the tail lights and corner lights dont work. I have checked the wiring, fuses, and blubs. My climate control doesnt light up, im starting to think it may be the dimmer switch or ignition switch. Anyone else have this problem?

Car is a 1990 4 door special edition.

Are you absolutly positive you aren't "missing" any fuses, perhaps one isn't even in a spot it should be in? I haven't encountered this problem myself, but I'd say you are probably wise for considering the ignition switch. I'm just going to throw this out there, I have seen in the OBD0 ages, some really strange things happening because of the corner marker lights, maybe check those, I'm assuming they're intact with no breaks in wires or anything? I don't know if they're even in the same circuit, but I know I had an issue with a driver's side one that caused, when making a right turn, the door light, on the cluster, to blink and the clock would blink and so would the climate control. I don't know that it was even the issue of the corner light wiring, but I know when I fixed the damaged wires, the problem stopped, so could even be just coencidence I guess, but haven't seen the problem return. I also had a 90 CRX HF that had problems with the cluster and the climate control not lighting up at all, and the tail lights. I was able to fix the tail lights because I was missing a fuse, and I had just purchased the shell, but I never could fix, why the cluster never illuminated, and why the climate control never illuminated either. I tried a different climate control, a different cluster, traced the wires, checked grounds, checked wiring back to the ECU, etc. I hope you figure it out, and if you do, please let me know!

Thanks im going to go look at it here in a couple days, its at the parents house i cant drive it because of the lights.

Im starting to think the car may have had Daytime running lights. because its the highest model of integra in the 90's. something may be messed up with that.
