HAHA, this topic makes me reminisce. I was 17 in high school and broke as ****. I think my first mod was a ebay intake that i payed 20 bucks for, painted it to look like the K&N. Then the ebay lip came shortly after. I do not miss those days at all and whenever i look at the pictures it makes me realize that if your broke, the best thing to do is leave it stock. Man it looked like *** lol.
best mod you can do. Makes the s2k such a perfect fun car to drive. Handles great, then add on some power and you have yourself one fun machine.
My first mod(S) were wheels and suspension. Advan RGII's wrapped with RE-01R's and KWv3's. Best way to improve upon the car is better tires and suspension; KWv3's being one of the best bang for your buck suspensions (it was also relatively less expensive compared to how much they charge now).
I eventually got a J's 60RS (which is the best street exhaust in my opinion), but I never was big on doing too much in terms of a J's intake (I got a Comptech) or a expensive header since the gains are good with the more expensive parts but because the F20/F22's are such good motors from the factory, there isn't a whole lot of power gains.
