Turbos aren't manufactured to be rebuilt, it's always recommended to buy a replacement or send the Turbo to it's manufacture so everything can be set back to spec...

Well they sell garrett rebuild kits so I guess I do it on my own. It just has minimal shaft play. So I'm guessing the bearings are kind of shot.
