Default aftermarket alarm, doors wont unlock.

OK so i was in my car today with my door open, keys out of ignition and i

bumped the lock on my alarm remote my doors locked, i clicked unlock and the

doors sounded like they were gonna unlock but they didn't. Every time i

clicked unlock nothing happens but when i click lock it locks and alarm

beeps once. I can get through my passenger door only with the key turned all

the way left and it feels like I'm holding the latch open to open when i

let off the key it goes back to lock when i try the key in the driver door it

doesn't turn over all the way. Any advice on what i should do?

MM&Y of car would help.

Are the power door locks stock or aftermarket actuators?
If they are aftermarket actuators it is a good bet the linkage connector has slipped, you will need to remove the door panels to readjust the linkage. 94

i just let it sit for about 30 min when back and hit unlock with the remote and it worked perfectly fine, my car battery is failing on me its weak and dies in like 8 min when the radio on with the engine not running, im thinking it was from a weak battery not fully powering the locks to open, cause after i started my car for a while it seems to power **** stronger like windows go up slowly if i leave the radio on with the car not running for a while but then if i just got done for a drive and turn the engine off the windows will go up alot faster. im replacing my battery tomorrow cause i have an extra brand new oem honda battery

sounds like a faulty alarm, or your actuators are bad.

brand of alarm?

A batt. weak enough to not power the door locks, [about 4A each at top of load] would not start your car, [crank engine].

If engine starts with same batt., [no jump or bump start] then you most likely have a grounding problem. 94
