2003 accord 2.4 wont start

03 accord wont start.. when turn to ignition 2 the rpm light dim and then there is a noise is coming near the fuse box..a click or buzzing noise..

Does the starter crank the engine?

If not, you may have a dead battery. A buzzing noise from under the dash can be caused by a relay that is not receiving enough power.

Have you tried jump-starting the car?

oh i 4got to say the starter is fine and the battery is fine too...could it be the buzzing noise that is the problem..

If the starter won't crank the engine, then why would you say that the starter and battery are fine?

Your battery is dead. Jump, charge, or replace it.

i replace the battery and the starter..the car was working for 3 week then it just die..went to check the starter at autozone and the battery they say it work fine... would you know what relay is not working?
