I have a '98 JDM ITR ECU that came with my ITR swap (came from same caR), and I would like to put it into my '00 GSR (I know I need jumper). What Im really trying to find out is what sensors the JDM ECU uses? Most importantly what O2 sensors? Im planning on going with a new header, and test pipe. I think it only uses the sensor on the header and not the one on the cat, but not sure....? Any other knowlege about the JDM ITR ECU is welcomed as well.

There is no immobilizer in the 98 jdm ecu.
Concerning the o2 sensors, yes it uses them both to my knowledge.

If it was me, I wouldn't spend the money on an obd2a to ob2b jumper harness. I would use an obd2b to obd1 ecu jumper & chipped obd1 vtec ecu.

I just picked up a 98 jdm itr ecu, can i run straight plug and play to my 98 gsr or do i need additional equipment?
