need help plz no fuel priming and main relay noice
well this setup has been down for some time now and we are done putting it back together and its not starting or anything i turn the key to the acc positon where normally you cel light comes on, fuel pump primes, then goes off, well guess what mine dont. the car ran fine before the swap came out and we didnt do no kind of wiring and now this..... if anyone could shed some light on this i would be greatful. o and when you turn the key the main relay vibrate's and makes a buzzing sound, we pulled it out and put it another car and that car fires right up, so i know its good and i have already checked all the grounds. thanks guys
ecu is probaly bad. check the connector under the back seat. it is possible for water to get in there and corrode it and short out the ecu.
MM&Y of car would help.
If you do not hear the fuel pump priming, [in the RUN position not the ACC. position] then I would start by checking all the fuses for the PGM-FI Main Relay. 94

all the grounds have been checked and are indeed good the master relay was taken out of my car and put in another and started that car fine so i know its good and i know the grounds are suffient.
Then you need to check the powers going to the PGM-FI Main Relay, [master relay] drop the relay and test...
1- Black/yellow, should be 12V+ when ign. switch is in run or start, fuse 24 -15A, [20A in a GS-R] in SRS fuse box.
2- Yellow/white, should be 12V+ at all times, fuse 31 - 15A, in engine bay fuse box.
3- Blue/white, should be 12V+ when cranking to start, fuse 18 - 7.5A in under dash fuse box.
If the above are good test for power on the outputs of the PGM-FI Main Relay...
There are two (2) outputs, both are yellow/black, one will be 12V+ as long as ign. switch is in run or start, [fuel injector relay output] the other will be 12V+ for a few sec. after ign. switch is turned on to run, fuel pump relay.
Test all the above and confirm they have power when they are supposed to, at the sam time make sure the black, [there may be two on the same terminal] has a good ground. 94
