ok i have a b20b and a type r head and intake and tranny and headers now i wanna get more power what do you guys suggest do i put a bigger exhaust line? do i put a bigger intake?(wich one?!) i dont really need a 500whp setup but just something that will be more powerfull

do you want to do any internal engine work? i.e. higher compression pistons, bigger cams, etc? if not, u can just go the full bolt-on route.. exhaust is def. a plus if ur using your stock exhaust with the b20vtec setup.. go atleast 2.5" piping (some will even recommend 3") but as far as mufflers go, just go with what kind of sound u prefer.. id start there before you start upgrading the im and tb..
For a B20vtec N/A build you'll have to swap out the pistons and/or rods for higher compression. If your going turbo, the stock pistons are fine for a 9.2:1 static compression.
The stock type R valve train should be good enough for up to 8500 rpms, and make decent power. Extra porting of the head would be a plus. Dont skimp out on the tune, it will either make or break this motor.

thanks thanks i actually would like i not so loud maybe more kind of a heavy sound like the new SI and i was thinking of going about 3" and internals yes but not now its still too expensive any brands you recommend? and thanks ill start by the exhaust line and check for the rest after
