Default b18b valve train.....?????

whats up guys,
im bout to finish up my motor an i am goin to order a set of valve springs an cams, i have a few ppl tellin me that the stock valves are fine an others telling me to change the valves. im shooting for 450-500 hp an im on a tight budget an was just wondering if the stock valves can handle this horsepower.

Stock valves and springs for 450-500 HP, I am pretty sure that is not going to work very well at all.

I would be looking at duel valve springs W/titanium retainers at the least, a good set of valves wouldn't hurt. 94

stock valves are fine for just about anything, im targeting 350whp and im gona be running supertech valve springs, crower cams, and stock valves. No reason to upgrade.

thats the same setup im gonna be running i think. i just ordered the crower cams today an still undecided between the supertech valve springs an skunk 2. i just wanted to make sure the valves were gonna hold up . i know a buddie of mine has stock valves in a built z6 with around 400 hp an has had no problems so far but i wasnt sure if the b series were gonna be ok also.
