Default Ok need help so confused

Ok, I have no cels I have replaced all vacumm lines, iacv, faiv, coolant lines to them aswell, replaced all the temp switchs, replaces all the gaskets on the intake, replaced the PVC valve, and the car still jumps in idle, only 400 rpm, but it's still annoying, can anyone think of anything else, I'm stumped thanks in advance

Have you played with the idle adjustment ****/screw on top of throttle body?

I have a second ecu, and I haven't tried that yet I'll try it tomorrow, as for the idle screw, I had to replace it a lil while back and adjusted it for base idle with the iac unpluged

Update: ok so I tried changeing the ecu no change, I tried adjusting the idle screw, no change now I'm really stuck, I mean it only does it in park and nuteral, but I'm going to convert it to a 5spd so then it would do it anytime I have the clutch pushed in, anything else I'm missing? Thanks guys

Is the PCV a Honda Geniune one? and is it specifically for the car? Every PCV is different cause of different flow rate.

Ok, I know I'm stupid so these questions will fit me fine.
1. Not real sure of what year/model we are dealing with
2. Coolant was/is fine. Bleed all air after service.
3. You replaced an idle adjustment screw/****. Anything else been changed recently?....intake leak of some sorts. TB, intake ect. I see that the "all the gaskets on the intake" were replaced. Did you try searching for leaks using carb cleaner or something else.
4. The IAC and "faiv" that were replaced were new or used.
Again this might have already been checked but I wanted to ask.

Ok it's a 92 ex wagon, the air was bled out of the cooling system, the tb, plenum, and manifold to head gaskets were replaced, used break cleaner on the gaskets, and the hoses no change, the valves were used, but clear real good and tested and are good
