Headlights Dash Lights Dim and Brighten
Completely independent of RPM, I can be cruising with the headlights on and they randomly brighten along with the dash, sometimes stay that way, and other rims re-dim. I do not have the stereo on or the AC.
I can rev the car to 6,000 RPM sitting in the garage, and it will not make them brighten, it just seems random.
I have checked the main ground cable, cleaned it up, and reseated it.
Replaced the battery terminal connectors.
Autozone tested my battery and alternator and said they were fine.
Is there anything I can do to start tracking down the cause of this problem?
Is there any easy way (reversible) way to bypass the ELD without reprogramming the ECU?
Thanks in advance guys.

Headlight Dimming FIXED without replacing Alternator or Battery
First I tightened all the screws in the fuse box under the hood marked with red arrows, and replaced the 60A fuse in the fuse box.

Second when I tightened the cable on Terminal B on the alternator marked with red arrow, it broke off, which made me remove the terminal, tap it, and put a new stud in.
This required removing and installing the 8MM screw holding the terminal on, under terminal B.

I am not sure which part of all these steps corrected the issue, but it did, and cured the AC blower motor problem which was constantly changing speed.
