Default Re-enable sound on car alarm

I have one of the remotes that you click once to lock the doors and click twice to activate the car alarm. One day, I clicked it twice and my horn didn't honk like it normally does when the car alarm is activated. The little red LED light still blinks and when I open my door while my car alarm is set, the turn signal lights flash on and off.

Could I have accidentally set it to silent mode? Is there a way to set it back?

I thought I'd test the horn by itself and the horn is actually the problem, not the car alarm.

The horn fuse is good and my brake lights still work. When I meter it, I get power running through the fuse when my brakes are on, but no power when I press the horn.

I have a 2007 Honda Civic. Where is the horn relay? Are there any other connections or hardware between the steering wheel sensor and the fuse that I can check might have come loose or failed?
