Removing the Water Pipe on the back of the block?

Removing the Water Pipe on the back of the block?
How do you remove that Water pipe on the back of the block that connects to the Water Pump? It is 1 1/2 Inch in Diameter. I removed the two 10 mm sized bolts. Then tried yanking it, its loose but it won't come out.

Wiggle and pull. Don't forget to remove the hoses.
