Another Brake Issue Damn the luck
Hey gang.... Well as most everyone has been following Spencers brake issue i now have a problem too. At the last race i notices similar symptoms to what Spence has described... a loooooong pedal. The rotors and calipers were new so i figured it was the master... I installed a new Honda ITR master and bleed using the gravity and pump and release methods. And the pedel felt great. Well Tuesday night I was getting ready to load the car on the trailer to take it to the dyno and with the engine running its pedal to the floor. WTH.... We rebleed all 4 corners with no change. So i figure it may be the booster check valve, and we swap in the one from my dads CRX. No change. Then I started the car with the vacuum hose from the IM disconnected and i have a full pedal. Reconnect the vacuum line pedal goes to the floor. So today i installed a new booster and its better but still feels iffy at best. I also noticed that with the engine running if i pump the braked the rpms fluxuate like i have a vacuum leak. So the best i can figure is to get new vacuum hoses and clamps, and even a new check valve and give it a shot. But could there be something else making the rpms fluxuate?
Any insight would be greatly appreciated..

You sound like you know what you are doing and that makes it less likely that someone is going to have a magic answer that you did not already think of. How about MC seal to booster?
