when i bought my car the guy i bought it from had removed the factory 12v outlet and wired up another one, however his wiring didnt work and burnt up the wires he had run... the factory outlet was removed and now i dont know which wires it was behind the console that went to the outlet... there are 3 plugs behind the panel that arent pluggd up.. can anyone tell me which wires are for the 12v outlet, and where is the best place to buy a replacement outlet.... i must have one for cell phone and sat radio!!! thanks

ok the car is a 98 civic ex, with a 00 Si conversion.. it has a D15B swap, OBD1... so any help?

 

Look for a Yel/Grn wire (from fuse 27) below the radio.
