first it was overheating because it had a bad headgasket got that fixed with a oem honda gasket well after adding cooloant it was still overheating so i got a new thermostat still overheating wtf??? Fan is working! please help.

what do you mean by milled? i sanded it smooth with
1000 grit sand paper

unfortunately, no this is not the proper way to surface the head. but before you take everything apart can you describe what is happening whe it over heats? it could be as simple as the coolant not being bled properly after the hg replacement.

does it overheat at idle? when the car is in motion? after 2 minutes, 20 minutes, 2 hours?

 

don't give up. it's a Honda. It can be fixed.

With the car running and the rad cap off does the water looks like it's flowing? Now that you have all the air out it should be easier to tell.

 

it does not over heat at idle it over heats like 10m after driving it

 

i dont get how it could be the head gasket if it dosent smoke?

smoking is not the only symptom of a hg problem. have you made sure the system is bled properly?

 

im sure it dosent have a crack i took a good look...
properly dont know i turned the heater full blast with cap off and then added coolant

 

try doing it again with the bleeder valve

 

Are you loosing any coolant?

 

You've got air in your system. These engine's are super sensitive to it. I had the smallest vacuum leak on 1 coolant line going to my IACV, & it gave me hell.

 

Isn't it impossible to have a vacuum leak in a coolant line?

 

im not losing coolant.. and i dont think it has a bleeder valve

Well I'm not having the same exact problem as you but i'm having a similar problem. One day my car's temp guage was sky high, Pulled over realized I had no fluids in my radiator (strange cause I just did a tune up a month prior) refilled it fine no more problems but something told me to check my oil, realized that my oil was really low. ( strange again cause I just did a tune up a month prior) ever since I put more oil everything is fine I've been checking both radiator and oil level 2x a week and nothing is dropping. and no more over heating!!
