I searched and I found nothing. I need help on deciding which flanges and gaskets I need. I know I need an Intake Manifold gasket. And A downpipe flange, along with a turbo inlet flange.. I need help on which other ones to buy...

Ok and your post is full of info also. If you dont have anything informative on the question I am asking then dont reply. To make it better. I have a Holset H1C turbo, 5 bolt, then twin scroll 4 bolt where the turbo bolts up to. I have a BLOX intake manifold. The head is a B16 head. Ok is that enough info for you? I guess the question I am asking is do I need a gasket for the downpipe? do I need a gasket for the turbo? do I need a flange or gasket for the wastegate? and the wastegate is TurboSmart 35mm

Well, you need to be more specific as to what turbo you have, what downpipe flange you have, provide pictures if you don't know what they are, etc. That's the only way for us to help. Please be more specific in what you have. Help us...Help you.

 

Ok I can get some pictures but here are the specs..

Turbo: Holset H1C. 5 Bolt downpipe. Its a Twin scroll Turbo inlet,which is 4 bolt.

Intake Manifold: Its a BLOX thats going on a B16 head. Do I need either a flange for it or a gasket?

Exhaust Manifold: Its a cast iron manifold. Will I need both a flange and gasket or Just one of the two?

Turbosmart wastegate: 35mm. Will I need both a flange and gasket for this? or will I only need one?

 

Here goes the pics: And the Gasket is what came off of the stock header. I heard it can be reused. Is this true or not?

 

you shouldnt really need any flanges, everything already has flanges on it. can you get exhaust mani and dp just to be sure? also i didnt see you mention a dump tube. you would need another 35mm flange to build your own dump.

get a b16 intake and exhaust mani gasket. get these OEM from honda.

wastegate gasket, and turbo inlet gasket are optional IMO. if everything is nice and flat it should seal up no problem. feel free to use one for extra assurance that you will have no leaks, especially pre-turbo. you can get them from atpturbo if you so choose. you shouldnt need a downpipe gasket at all.

no actually they should use the same flange. the 38mm just describes the hole in the middle. they both use the same two-point design
