I'm looking for a smaller flex pipe for dump tubes, but they don't have the normal look that you're use to seeing, it almost looks like a piece of pipe, fattened up a little bit and then crinkled.

No, not that stuff. Its flex pipe, but it just doesn't have the strands of metal you're use to seeing.

Pop the end caps off a regular flex section with a screw driver. Then you can remove the cosmetic outer & inner lining. You will then have just the hydroformed ribbed tubing that will look like that.
