Code 43 Fuel System Supply Issue

Im thinking,
Fuel Filter?
Fuel Pump?
Gas Cap?
Regulator?

All of them above?


The Car runs perfectly fine, not running rich, lean, anything.

Fine. Just getting this code.

I wont be able to pas bar with a CEL.
