Wheels are 17x9 -10 and 17x11 -10 24k Gold Plated magnesium Ronal Racing splits.
Body is rubbed in used diesel oil to blacken the metal and rust.
Struts shortened, strut mounts raised, frame notched, etc, to drop it another 4 inches.
Top chopped 5" from stock .

I've never understood the point of having decent looking wheels in excellent condition, and putting them on a car that looks like it just came out of junkyard. Looks nice in a different sort of way though I guess? Wheels are great pieces.

If that's the best built BMW EVER, then that's a sad precedent for the company. Shot to hell paint/every piece of metal outside and perhaps inside, tore up fenders and bumpers, and whatever awful things have happened to the frame of the car don't seem to sum up to a well built car. I guess the 1jz makes up for it

He really is and there are going to be MANY that follow. I'm not sure what would have been cooler, the chop top of making it a roadster or even leaving the b-pillars out.

Look's cool in the sense of doing your own thing.I would drive it and rip on people with the 1jz.Only if the car was my toy, then i wouldnt care but if it is my DD and only car i wouldnt do that at all.

Hahaha. Ballsy dragging it like that on Coastal Highway! Cops there would salivate at the chance to bust you doing that.

I think the beater looks kinda awesome. Not particularly liking the gold finished wheels on this car, but the car still looks pretty cool to me.

That's exactly what it is though. The rust bucket is his goof-around just for *****-n-giggles ride. I don't know if he still has it (or if he got himself a new toy), but he used to daily this thing...

THAT ISH IS HOT not feeling the reason for having the interior look like a metal coffin or making things rust because thats just gay but the blacken cruddy look is hot with the WWII fighter plane eye/mouth combo!

This is one of the only cars I've ever liked with the whole "rust" look, and that is only because of the fighter plane look. I don't personally like the roof chop because IMO it is aesthetically jarring...but I totally respect him doing his own damn thing.
