Does the 98 have the engine harness? If it does your best bet will be to use that. Add some plugs (VTEC, VTEC pressure switch, knock sensor, extend the fan switch to the back of the block, use an OBD2 distributor, convert the 3 wire IACV to 2 wire, extend the primary O2 sensor to before the cat, swap over the plug for the alternator, use OBD2 injectors from an 96-00 EX civic, use an OBD1/2 exhaust manifold for B16A, change over the plug for the IAT to the round style, convert the ECU plug wiring from OBD2 to OBD1). You've got a lot of work ahead of you. You could also find a 99-00 Si harness and would still have to convert some of those I listed above. Hope you're not in Cali.

dont forget the obd-0 b16 doesnt have the map sensor mounted to the throttle body... you would have to run a vacuum line to a firewall mounted one..

Yea the axles and shift linkage will work.

Not all of your engine mounts will work. What does work in EKs are: (1) Integra transmission mount & (1) Integra torque mount . You should already have this in your B swapped EG
Use the B16A pedestal mount from your swap and the fluid-filled mount from the EK chassis
You need a 99-00 Civic Si rear engine bracket. You can either source this used on here or new from Honda.

Good luck
