or it hits frame with stock even 2 belt pulley hits after notching frame so don't really have a choice.

couldnt you mill the to extra ribs off the stock pulley to the same width as the ctr but still have the factory rubber for dampning purposes. there use to be a guy in the fs forums that did it for 50 bucks i think but that was a few years ago.

like me and all motor said....get rid of that damn pulley before your oil pump shatters and takes the motor with it...i would suggest something like this http://inlinefour.com/infourn1encr.html or a real one from ati

I agree, I hate that pulley. If the entire bottom end, including clutch and rotating assembly was balanced along with the pulley then I would say run it. I have just seen too manby oil pumps eat the big one because of it, and its high vibration resonance. The only thing worse could be an OBX aluminum

The build looks killer and I would love to see it in the car, I think its one of the coolest retro swaps we can do.

got any installed pics?

ill take a pic of new motor in it

and still looking for a crank pulley that will fit with out paying out my ash..

i called inline 4 they said they don't have used ones that they will cut. so ill have to buy a new one for $200+ and cuting would be extra $100
ya !!!
not doing that few more bucks i could get the liquid filed one at that price!

so still looking!!

I have a stock one if you need it to send to them. I think the ctr will be fine. people talk alot about them but its such a short stroke motor I don't think it will be a issue.
