Please Help with Civic Ek Springs
Hi, im new to this forum, i am needing some help with my lowered springs. Ive searched all over the place and could not find anything like it. I have a 99 civic hatch, i bought it really slammed so i wanted to work on the suspension looking for better comfort. Installed new KYB gr2 shocks and Dropzone springs, yes i now they are crap but i was looking for budget springs and the guy sold them to me as Dz sports springs and i never imagined.
Problem is the front of the car sits higher than the rear, installed ones lettered to F in the front and so on. Gap up front is a 3 fingers and 1 in the rear, also rear drivers side looks lower then the other side and i can figure whats wrong. i must point those marked as rear has dead coils on it and the fronts looks more like linear ones, box says part number 1101 dz sports and also it has new adjustable front upper lcas. Im just trying to bring the more info possible.
I havent swap them but im guessing if rears were in front would be slammed up front and really higher in rear due to spring rates and weight. im looking to trash em but up to now thats what i have, does somebody nows what could be wrong? sorry for the long post, Please help.
Thanks in advance...

Definitely swap the rears to the front. The front should have stiffer rates and it should balance back out. I'd be $10 you just have the springs on the wrong ends of the car.
That makes sense in a way, cause it feels stiffer in the rear.
What makes me doubt is it should be slammed up front if rears were in front because of softer springs on the heavier side and there are not even coils touching, a 3 finger gap solid, not bouncy or anything, theres 3 or 4 coils sitting on top of each other in the back, unless rears are supposed to be taller springs. Ill swap em this weekend, got nothing to lose, besides an ever worst ride, im wanting to replace them with h techs in the future
