interested int eh wheels howd you paint them white?

 

i used wheel paint from autozone then put notecards around the edge of the wheel then primed and painted they look alittle better on the pic ther dirty

 

i have no clue no name printed anywhere

what tires are on it. all season walmart crap or some brand name tire
