Those seem like pretty low numbers, but every dyno is different.

You could port the head, get a custom header, get a better intake mani, or go with some itbs.

 

R cams I assume?

get some skunk2 cams pro series 1 or 2...and valvetrain...then get a race header and 3 inch exhaust...

 

Like the man said upthere every dyno is different, I run stock block B20B wiseco 11.0:1 Skunk2 Stage 2 cams riding on a b16 head 72mm TB on a Victor X mani, 50dollar ebay headers. I make 202whp 141ft.lbs.tq

your best bet will be cams. the intake manifold will work great till your at 230whp about. I had really good luck with my itr i.m. when I had my b20v. get some sk2 tuner 3's in it and it should do great, or if you wanna spend the money pro series are awesome cams.

Make sure you upgrade your valve-train too. The ITR valve-train aren't designed to handle big after market cams.
