Got an aligment, steering wheel is still crooked
So I "paid" for a 4 wheel aligment
Drove the car off and the damn steering wheel is still at the 9 oclock position... What's the deal with this???

Go back and demand that they actually complete the alignment, part of which is setting the steering wheel straight and adjusting the tie rods to set the correct toe. Sounds like they skipped the "setting the wheel" part...
The steering wheel should be straight and left and right tie rods should have an equal amount of thread showing...or you get more leverage on one side and less on the other with every degree of steering input. Very important and extremely fundamental to setup and good handling in general.
In other words, if the steering wheel is straight ahead but one tie rod has one more inch of exposed thread, steering input or gain will be different left to right.
The steering wheel must be locked into a straight ahead position and the tech muct align the car going back and forth between left and right side tie rods to make sure the their exposed length is the same.

I paid 59.99 for a 4 wheel aligment. I bought 2 NEW tires, I TOLD them to put the NEw tires on the front, they put the new tires on the rear..****n morons..

when I got the aligment done, the rear struts are blown, im going to replace them myself tommarow. I hope it doesnt mess with aligment.
...might...if something was mechanically off...meaning, if the piston has lots of side play. If not and all else is in good working order you should be okay. Just remember to perform the final torque setting on all nuts and bolts with the full weight of the car on the tires. Otherwise the bushings will bind and 'things' will not be the same. Rod end or spherical bushings don't care about this.
