Default b16a2 eg axle fitment problem please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ok i have a 93 civic hatch with a b16a2 swap..i bought hasport axles and when i pulled out the old ones the driver side is different..the driver side axles the i bought has a female end instead of the one i pulled out wich had a male end...my question is why do i have a male end on the driver side but the ones i bought has a female end?could it be the year of the tranny?can i fit another b series axle on there?or??...ive searched everywhere and cannot get an answer..

your halfshaft is from a '90 - '93 Integra, buy an axle for the same.
