this one goes out to all the accord owners in the forum. just about 2 hrs ago, my accord was wiped out in a traffic accident in which my whole passenger side is basically right next to me. my whole door is caved in hella bad, my tires are rubbing and the car pulls hard to the right. it all happened soo quickly, i was in shock and still am. im only 18 years old nd my first real car that i actually turn the wrenches on is now gone forever. take care of ur accords. value them greatly.

Just as long as you're alright. Cars can be fixed or replaced. Lives can't.

Thats one thing I have come to realize in the last couple of months. I've stopped putting so much emphasis on my car...its just not worth the aggrevation.

 

Amen to that as soon as the swap and boost are all done I am taking a brake from things and just enjoying it for a wihle. Then on to a new project.

i was going straight and this lady was making a left turn. she looked only right and then moved out into the lane I was in. a turned left and WHAM!!! it sent my car all the way into the oncoming lane and spun a 180 and came to a rest facing the wrong way. i was pissed and i have to make an insurance claim so i can hopefully get some money and just move on. only my back and shoulders are a little sore but i am alright for the most part.

 

Thats good that your alright. As seen by my signature, my 90 accord was totalled and I came close to being totalled as well. it scared the **** out of me and im much more cautious now...its amazing that it takes an experiance like this to value life more. For those that havent been in a car accident, heed our advice! dont be stupid!

glad to hear you're okay...that sucks for your accord. i still dont understand why women get insurance lower, and yet they drive worse than us. almost every accident my friends have been in its some old senile woman driver or some teenage girl...

actually, their accident rate is the same. in otherwords, they get in the same number of accidents as men do per mile. problem is that men drive alot more, so they have higher insurance. personally, id say that women get into accidents because they were being stupid and ditzy, while men get in accidents because of a) women (getting hit by or looking at), or b) aggressive driving

 

yep, on the accident thing... sorry about ur accord.. i miss mine, but like they said .. u can now get a different car and tune that
