What is the spark plug gap for a 98 honda accord 4 cylinder? When removing the spark plugs from a hot engine, how long should the car sit before removing them?

 

Spark plug gap: 0.04in (1.1mm) +0 -0.1mm

The gap info. is in the owner's manual if you have it. If the car still has the stock air cleaner, on some Hondas, the spark plug gap info. may be on a sticker attached on top of the air cleaner housing.

I'd probably would let the car cool for an hour or more. Depending on how hot it is, I opened some car hoods after only 30 minutes and they were still super hot.
