H22A4 in the 3rd Gen?
Yes it's been done but be prepared to spend $$$$. A guy also did this to his second gen - total cost was around $25,000 (he also fixed the rust and repainted the entire car too). But for that kind of money I'd buy an S2000

Thanks alot guys for you input.
I have a question for TheJGB3. The guy that did this conversion and spent $25000, do you know what exactly he did in regards to the conversion? Did he do all the work himself or did he pay a shop do it?
What I want to do for this conversion is motor, tranny, A/C, powersteering, brakes, axles and the 5 lugs setup.
More ideas and inputs needed before I start spending money.
Thanks folks.

If you just want to do a swap...not building the motor...you're looking at under $10K. Serioulsy, go to the site jlude recommended and you will have a plethural of info to go through regarding an H in a 3g chassis.
