I've only did one dpfi to mpfi swap. If you have obd1 injectors I think you are suppose to run a obd1 ecu. When I do any swap I try to leave the car as original as possible ex: stay obd0 and keep the box.. but this won't work for everybody.

not so true you dont have to use a Obd1 ecu to run obd1 injectors.i dont have the box so thats the only reason im using the z6 injectors since i dont have it

just take the 5 wires that go to the box and solder them together.

pretty sure obd1 injectors need an obd1 ecu. no resistor box obviously.

you don't need the box, i said solder the wires together that would go to the box. one of the wires is 12v power, and the rest go to each injector. since you are not trying to drop the voltage you only need to solder/connect all 5 of the wires to eachother.

they don't. whether an injector is saturated or peak/hold means nothing to the ecu. the only thing that matters is you use a box if using peak/hold and delete the box if using saturated.

x2 it works i believe the a1 -a7 are actually the injector grounds and the a15 is the 12v source, otherwise it would have to constantly switch off one ground it kinda makes since to have 4 different grounds and one power

also, since the obd I injectors are high impedance and not low impedance like the obd 0 there isnt a need for the resistor box because the injectors do the resisting not the box
