Started clicks but wont turn over
Every once and a while the car wont start.
All power is there, and fuel pump is priming, starter will click loudly when turning key to start position, but wont spin the motor.
But if i use a jumper wire from battery to starter, it will start no problem.
What gives?
Bad ignition?
I hope not. I still have the OEM Honda key, and i would like to keep it.

i had the same problem man and its a faulty connection in your ignition SWITCH. which means you wont have to change keys to fix. it comes apart at the back of your ignition cylinder. and unplugs from your fuse box after you take off your column shroud. im cheap and bought a 3 dollar switch and hooked it to my starter posts. so all i do is turn the key to acc. and hit the switch. works great and it was done in a few minutes. otherwise they cost 60 or so which isnt bad either my my switch looks pretty clean lol

What about the wiring going to the starter?
The reason I ask about the wiring is it is possible that you have a break/breaks in the power wire going to the starter and it isnt letting enough current/amperage through it to kick the starter over enough, BUT when you jump a cable from the battery to the starter you are getting full current/amperage to it
Also even if you did have to replace your ignition you would still be able to use the original honda key that you currently have since any locksmith should be able to re key it for you
