new pads and rotors, and now rear rotor with deep grooves
Hi,
I replaced all the rotors and pads about two weeks ago on my 95 del sol, and now my left driver's rear rotor has deep grooves in it. I haven't gotten any time to take out the wheel and inspect it, but what could be the issue? One thing i should point out is that I didn't adjust e-brake after the job if this makes any difference.
any help will be greatly appreciated

I just got out today to check it out, and I noticed a corner of the pad's ceramic material chipped off (very small). I am starting to think it was a small piece of the pad's ceramic material that came off from the corner and got itself in between the rotor and pad which lead to the damage. I cleaned the area and put everything back together.
now if it had been a stuck caliper wouldn't it be pulling to one side as well, and when I originally did the brakes I also lubed everything.
so I am gonna keep an eye on that wheel, and hopefully take out all rear pads and replace them since they have warranty. now should I replace the rotor? or should I take it to a shop to fix it?
