Default D16Y7 with Y8 IM: Vacuum hose not plugged in

ok so i decided to clean my iacv today and as i was cleaning i got the hoses off the iacv put the iacv down and i look and i see three hoses just hanging out next to each other so im thinking wthell maybe thats why my idles been surging and my cars been struggling but i have no idea at all where it goes i looked around and couldnt find a spot anywhere that it would go but under the throttle body theres two holes it could go on but im not sure because it was fine before

heres the hose it looks like it comes off of a sensor above the injectors thats on the fuel rail

Is the hose attached to a 99-00 D16Y8 IM? If so, see diagram below.

If you have an air hose attached to the IM (see diagram), then the IM is from a 99-00 Y8 IM.
