Default should i retq my head studs?

well i just recently put back together my head after having it worked on by a shop.new springs and got it straighten with milling and such. the block is also decked.

i am using a new honda 4 layer gasket.
i originally tq it down to about 75lb.

setup:
boosted
arp head studs
d16a6 with y8 head
only 15lb of boost
tuned

it seems to be lifting or something because i noticed some oil comming out between the block and head.
another thing i noticed is that when i am driving hard the idle fluctuates.
after i drive hard it seems to feel like the engine lags
after parking and letting it cool down it works like normal again which is without the idle bouncing.
i can drive out of boost and the car is fine.

total driving is about 1k miles so far.

i feel that the head might be lifting a bit. nothing too major yet.
no over heating or anything out of the ordinary.

i was reading that i should retq metal head gaskets.

can i still tq it down at this point?
can i do about 86lb or 88lb?
is there something else that could be causing the oil on the new fresh block?
is there something else that could be causing the idle issue only after i get into boost?
