i found an ls motor, no tranny just complete block with 215k on it. would it be worth it to buy and rebuild? if so what should i pay? thanks for the help.

 

with that high of mileage i wouldnt pay more than $200-250. if you know it runs good than maybe a little more. is it just the long block ie. intake, throttle body, engine wire harness, vacuum lines, etc? or is it just a motor?

 

yeah its complete, he is doing a entire swap, and the motor is still good, but the tranny is shot
